A first confidential conversationWhat we do
- Frame: what the organisation must become, who decides what, with which resources.
- Select partners, providers and advisers; set aside those who do not serve the line.
- Negotiate brand partnerships and contracts, with your lawyers.
- Arbitrate between multiplying projects and scarce time.
- Hold the line over time: a part-time seat at the head of the organisation, a few days a month.
What we do not do
- We do not negotiate in place of your agent or your lawyer.
- We do not do press relations in your name.
- We manage neither influence nor social media.
- We sell neither training nor coaching.
- We take no commission.

Every relationship begins with a Decision Session or a framing engagement. Direction and representation engagements are then billed as a monthly retainer, set at the outset, independent of the size of your projects and decreasing with duration.
Fees are set out at the first conversation.
Decision Session
90 minutes to settle one specific decision. A two-page decision note within 48 hours. Eight sessions a month at most.
